Acceptance of terms

By creating an account and using Calm Life Reset, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to all features, content, and communications within the service.

Wellness education, not medical care

Calm Life Reset provides wellness education, habit coaching, and reflective tools. It is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for any medical concerns, diagnoses, or treatment.

Your account & content

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the information you log in the app. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the app only for lawful, personal wellness purposes.

Subscriptions & payments

Access to paid features is granted after successful payment. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Account page, and you will retain access through the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis through our Contact page.

Limitation of liability

Calm Life Reset is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you within the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
