We collect the information you provide when you create an account and use the app — such as your name and email, daily symptom check-ins (energy, mood, stress, sleep, hydration, symptoms, cycle phase, and notes), weekly reflections, and favorite recipes. We also collect basic usage data needed to operate the service.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide wellness coaching and habit-tracking features, send optional daily check-in reminder emails, generate gentle wellness suggestions, and improve the app. We never use your data to diagnose or treat any medical condition.
We do not sell your personal information
Calm Life Reset does not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own advertising purposes. You can further exercise your right to opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information using the control below (CCPA/CPRA).
